I started dance when I was three doing ballroom and Latin dance. Since then I have picked up other styles such as Freestyle Dance which is a form of intense acrobatics, which I later went on to compete in many competitions. My proudest moment would be when I won the World Championships and became the 2022 world champion for freestyle slow! Starting College I wanted to take Dance BTEC because I wanted to learn multiple different styles of Dance, so that I would later be prepared to take the next step of my Dance career. I have auditioned for Dance College and have been offered a 3 year Ba Hons degree at the Wilkes academy, which I will be attending in September. Taking this course has given me the tools and courage I needed to try something new, as Dance College wasn't my original plan. Needless to say I'm more than excited to start and feel that because of this course I was able to choose the right path for me for the next stage of my Dance journey.
